I can't believe how long it's been since I last blogged on here!

Sadly, the day job is keeping me rather busy of late. Band rehearsals going well but not getting enough time around them to continue progressing at the rate i'd like. Still, it IS all going well nonetheless. All the new material we've produced lately just seems to get better and (as far as I can tell) we've all been really enjoying it too.

Enjoyed the gig at Twickers on Saturday. We were doing it for a surprise 50th birthday party and as he was, well, surprised, I think it was pretty much a success. That and the gig went well too! Also, got drunk afterwards with the rest of the band. A top night all round.

More to come soon on new material and more gigs hopefully.

OK, so the weeks been a bit of a wash-out. I've had this horrible flu thing making me feel like crap so not only did I miss Clean Echo Phase's first gig, I also missed rehearsals. Music has suffered this week!

Time for a change thought I. So here I am attempting to start a new regime of some slightly more regular blurb on this here blog. After a fun weekend celebrating my birthday with a few libations and some good chums, I'm now suffering for it and the cold i've been holding at bay for the past few weeks seems to be taking hold. However, I am looking forward to a muscial week...

OK, it's been a while since I was here. So what has inspired me to write in the blog again?

And here is the previously mentioned new Strat. Mmmmm! Would have put a photo up sooner, if the memory card in my phone hadn't died. Grrr.
